I graduated from Highland Park Senior High in St. Paul.  I received my B.A. from the University of St. Thomas and my Masters of Education from St. Mary's University.  I enjoy traveling, reading, playing cards and working out.

At Battle Creek Middle School, Spanish level 1 and level 2 is offered.

 Spanish One students learn the following:

    *  greetings and farewells
    *  describing people, places and things
    *  common activities
    *  expressing likes and dislikes
    *  weather and time expressions
    *  basic sentence structure - present tense

 Spanish Two (prerequisite Spanish One) students learn the following:

    *  family
    *  clothing and shopping
    *  giving and following directions
    *  foods and dining
    *  traveling
    *  talking about the past

Classroom expectations, rules and grading will be discussed at the beginning of the school year.

I look forward to a productive and educational school year!
