Level 2, 3 and 4 Consequences Level 2 – low level behaviors that continue teachers will contact parents/ guardians and any other key staff (Team, Advisor, AP, counselor, etc.) Level 3
– low level behaviors that continue despite teacher intervention, and /
or more severe behaviors like defiance, continued disruption Teacher
will complete a Referral to send student to ISS (In-School Suspension).
In ISS, student may be required to complete a Reflection Sheet,
complete homework, see an Assistant Principal (AP), etc. Parent /
guardian will be contacted. Level 4 – most severe behaviors
which require automatic administrative action like weapons, harm to
self or others, physical assault, drugs/alcohol, theft, verbal assault
/ threats / bullying, gang activity, destruction of property/graffiti,
sexual/racial harassment (from SPPS Student Conduct Guide) The
teacher will contact the Office / Assistant Principal. The student will
be removed from class with possible dismissal or suspension.
