Conferences-Parent Involvement at the Middle School Level is Crucial
Conferences will occur three times a year, one time per trimester.
Conferences will include an evening time frame and an all day time frame. We ask the parents commit themselves to attending one conference day, for a 20-minute conference, during each trimester. It is important to meet with your child’s teachers and be informed of his/her progress.
Trimester One:
November 10th – Conferences for the Girls Only, 8AM - 3PM and Everyone 3-6 PM
November 11th – Conferences for the Boys Only, 8AM – 3PM
November 12th - Conferences Everyone 5:30-8:30 PM
Trimester Two:
January 25th – Evening (5:30 – 8:30)
January 26th – Conferences for the Girls Academy, 8AM - 6PM
January 27th – Conferences for the Boys Academy, 8AM – 6PM
Trimester Three:
April 26th – Evening (5:30 – 8:30)
April 27th – Conferences for the Girls Academy, 8AM - 6PM
April 29th - Conferences for the Boys Academy, 8AM – 6PM
