RIF - Reading Is Fundamental Welcome To RIF Reading Is Fundamental prepares and motivates children to read by delivering free books and literacy resources to children and families.   Due in part to the generous support of corporations, foundations, community organizations, and thousands of individuals, RIF provides 4.5 million children with 16 million new free books.  In addition to running numerous book distribution RIF - Reading Is Fundamental programs nationwide, RIF also holds a number of events and contests each year to help inspire young children to read.  We have three RIF distribution each year, one in the fall, one in the winter, and one in the spring.  Parent and community volunteers are needed at each distribution.  Please contact Lutricia Vincent @ 651-293-8960 for further information.
