To further improve student achievement at BCMS, students are assigned to a grade level Team. Each team includes an administrator, one teacher of each core subject (Math, English, Social Studies and Science), and specialist subject teachers and special educators, and support staff. This collaboration allows coordination of instruction across subjects, the development of strong administrator-student-teacher-staff relationships and because of that, higher student achievement.
