College: B.A. in Journalism from University of Hawaii in Honolulu.
Graduate school:
M.A. in Political Science from University of Hawaii
Teaching License (Learning Disabilities) from University of St.Thomas in St. Paul, MN (M.A. in progress.)
Favorite past-times: playing guitar, sailing, swimming, windsurfing, spending time with my wife and kids.
Favorite books: Lord of the Rings, Patrick O’Brien Books, all history non-fiction.

Little-known facts: I grew up in Hawaii, was once a journalist, crossed an ocean on a sailboat, and may be the world's worst cook.
